– We sell astrology cards, and accessories for personal inspiration, entertainment, and enjoyment.
– No Guarantee of Results: Our products do not guarantee specific outcomes and should not be relied upon for medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
– By purchasing, you acknowledge that the products are for entertainment purposes only.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
– Sales tax may apply depending on your location.
– Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if: the product is unavailable,
an error in price or description occurred, or fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
3. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are typically shipped within 1 – 2 days of purchase.
– Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
– You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
4. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at barbara@pureastrology.ca within 7 days of receipt with photos.
– We will provide either a replacement or refund for defective items at no additional cost.
– Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
– These policies comply with U.S. consumer protection laws and do not affect any rights you may have under applicable state law.

– All designs, images, and text on this Website are owned by Pure Astrology.
– You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
– To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Pure Astrology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your
use of our Website or products.
– Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
7. Arbitration Agreement (Dispute Resolution)
– Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your purchase or use of our products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or Canadian Arbitration Association (CAA) under its rules.
– You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
– Arbitration will take place in Sechelt BC Canada, and judgment on the award may
be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Provence of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
