Use these cards as they resonate for you. Here is our suggestion:
Choose one art card + one word card. Pay attention to the feeling that comes up for you.
Speak to:
- Awareness the card brings up for you
- Acceptance of the awareness
- What action can be taken
- Feedback from others (optional)
Each person takes a turn without interruption and is given a total of 5 minutes to talk about their cards. 1 minute awareness, 1 minute acceptance, 1 minute action and 2 minutes for group feedback.
We recommend 3 rounds, so you end up with 3 sets of cards each.
